Model your building in just a few clicks

Floor by floor, with all technical and organizational constraints.

Building modeling interface - Creating floor structure
Multi-floor

An intuitive and precise modeling

Create your building and its constraints in detail with a simple interface and guidance at each step.

Floor structure

Easily create your building model by defining the number of floors you plan to occupy.

Technical constraints

Define constraints specific to each floor by specifying its net usable area and associated regulatory capacity.

Building information

Enter the project name and building address to manage multiple projects in parallel.

Precise modeling of your building

How to properly integrate building data into Stackfit to ensure reliable initial parameters.

Number of floors

Add as many floors as needed, including only those that offer usable spaces for your employees. We recommend also including the ground floor if it has common areas (cafeteria, gym, etc.) accessible to employees. This information will allow Stackfit to calculate ratios between service areas, collaborative spaces, and workstations.
It is possible to skip certain floors if needed. For example, if you occupy floors R+3 to R+7 and part of the ground floor, you can add only these levels and modify their names accordingly.

Net usable area

Consult the building's technical documentation to know the net usable area available on each floor. This is the floor area excluding restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairwells, and reception areas. In other words, all areas where it is possible to install an office, meeting room, or workstation.
This concept of net usable area is crucial to start your project well: an incorrect calculation could lead to unrealistic or even impossible scenarios.

Regulatory capacity

Consult the building's fire safety notice to determine the maximum capacity allowed per floor. This data is integrated into Stackfit to automatically limit the number of workstations per floor, in compliance with current regulations. The purpose of this feature is to alert the user when the stacking plan exceeds this capacity, to ensure that the chosen configuration respects fire safety constraints.
